Work Order Coordinating Clerk (OA) This position is located in the Operations and Maintenance Section of Facilities Management Services, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide work order administration support to the individual shops within the Operations and Maintenance section and assist in managing the trouble desk on a daily basis. Receive customer's notification of problems through telephone, email or Internet contact. Query requester for identifying information.
