Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service Train and develop team members to improve performance Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels Assist in scheduling and managing employee work hours Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
