Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Community Liaison to join our team.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring smooth transitions for patients from healthcare facilities to their homes, while also serving as an educational resource on home health care services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and geriatric case managers.
Assess patient eligibility for home health care services, conducting patient and caregiver meetings to facilitate seamless transitions.
Act as a knowledgeable resource on home health care, providing up-to-date information and education to healthcare professionals and the community.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, including branding, networking, public relations, and sales initiatives.
Compile and analyze data to evaluate marketing efforts and track performance metrics.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve set objectives and goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to marketing and healthcare.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
Minimum of two years of marketing experience within a home care agency or healthcare setting.
(Note:
Home health experience is not required and can be substituted for depending on other job experience.
) Strong familiarity with home health care and medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve quotas, and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare marketing.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong time management and reporting skills.
Willingness to assist with marketing team demands on a need basis, including digital marketing, event planning, and general support.
