2 Martinsburg, WV Martinsburg, WV Full-time Full-time $25 an hour $25 an hour The primary role of the Sales/Reservation Manager is to coordinate and book the transportation services for Varsity Travel.
The reservation manager's responsibility is to optimize the experience of our guests by handling incoming and outgoing reservations, providing quotes to our customers in a timely manner, drafting rental agreements, coordinating itineraries with clients, managing all payments/invoices all while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties Be the first point of contact in customer management/ response with anything regarding sales Collect information from customers to work up transportation quotes, complete quotes in Bushive software and send it out to the client for review.
Collect all payments for charter reservations along with all other cars/van transportation and complete proper invoices to those clients who get billed directly Manage and monitor invoices - follow up on outstanding balances Manage all customer interactions through CRM including quote follow ups, signed contracts and after trip feedback surveys Working with clients to confirm final trip itineraries and details to ensure a successful trip Work directly with the Operations Manager to provide trips updates / dates changes Complete RFP's for any potential new work / complete outbound sales requirements as defined in PDP Key Performance Measures:
Sales results / Finances - Budget vs Actual Maintaining customer relations / providing excellent customer service Responding in a timely manner to all communication.

Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications and experience) 4 year College degree Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service Prior reservation experience is expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work on a team, relate and work well with others.
