Samson Properties Samson Properties Martinsburg, WV Martinsburg, WV Part-time Part-time From $15 an hour From $15 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago The Office Administrator will assist with all administrative aspects of real estate General Office Responsibilities- This position reports directly to the Office Manager Receive and announce agent guests and clients Answer incoming calls and requests in a timely fashion Keep the office tidy and clean Keep the printer stocked with paper and ink supply Sort and distribute mail and other items that arrive for the agents from other offices Order office supplies as needed Attend all Company offered Administrative trainings Agent Engagement Assist Office Manager with new agent onboarding Become familiar and comfortable with the Cardinal Nest as well as Samson University Train agents as needed to include document management, postcard and flyer creation, etc.
Assist the Office Manager in rolling out new Company tools, resources and initiatives to agents Assist the Office Manger to achieve office goals, recruitment of new agents, retention of current agents and marketing efforts Communicate with Office Manager about any days/times they will be out of the office as well as any issues that may arise in the office or with the agents.
Assist Company staff with onsite or office classes, lunch and learns, or community events Promote Cardinal Title Group and First Heritage Mortgage in the office Promote the use of Company resources, tools and staff trainers to help the agents Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
