This position will serve as the Secretary for the Pharmacy Service.
Incumbent provides administrative, data management and clerical support to Pharmacy Service.
Incumbent provides staff support to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
The position is located in the Office of the Chief of Pharmacy Service.
Performs work involving the collection, compilation, and/or tracking of data and statistical information in support of Pharmacy's operation.
Reviews documents and reports for omissions and inconsistencies.
Provides assistance in the management of an organization by supporting the analysis, planning, controlling, and monitoring of personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Answers questions concerning policies and procedures related to support/office services and new projects, requests, and shifts in priorities and commitments.
Will be the contact person for all Human Resource issues such as completing personnel and board actions.
Provides assistance to management in productivity enhancement program efforts, such as employee and service performance awards, beneficial suggestion, and organizational improvement initiatives.
Processes incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication.
Performs the following:
edits letters, composes letters and reports, reviews correspondence for accuracy and completeness, and develops standard or form letters and replies to inquiries.
Manages the employee education tracking system for Pharmacy service employees.
Processes the time and attendance for Pharmacy service employees and completes monthly/annual reports as requires.
Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, and/or schedules conferences.
Attends meetings, prepares meeting minutes, and follows up on action items with appropriate staff member independently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
